About Me.
-

Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, which is often called counseling or psychotherapy, it’s just you and me working together in a safe, confidential space. It’s a chance for you to open up about your thoughts, feelings, and any concerns you’re facing, and we’ll explore them together at your pace.
-

Trauma Therapy
Trauma can result from a single event or ongoing experiences such as abuse, neglect, medical trauma, relational betrayal, accidents, loss, or chronic stress. I use an evidence-based approach to healing the emotional, psychological, and physiological effects of distressing or overwhelming experiences. We will work to calm the nervous system, which can remain in a heightened state of alert, leading to symptoms such as anxiety, depression, irritability, intrusive memories, sleep disturbances, emotional numbness, difficulty trusting others, or patterns of self-sabotage.
-

Group Therapy
In group therapy, you’ll join a small group of individuals who are going through similar challenges, creating a space where you can connect, share, and support one another. It’s a chance to gain new insights, not just from me as the therapist, but from the experiences and perspectives of others in the group. Together, we build a sense of community, where you can feel heard and understood, while also helping others in their healing process. My role is to guide the conversations and ensure everyone feels safe and supported as we work toward personal growth together.

ADHD Therapy / ADHD Coaching
When working with individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), I take a personalized approach that looks at more than just managing symptoms. Together, we’ll work on practical strategies to improve daily functioning and enhance your overall quality of life, tailored to your unique challenges and strengths.
